> True Learning

Practice each lesson the moment you finish it.

Finishing a whole course first feels smooth but hides what you never learned.

Hard problems force you back into the chapter and that struggle is the learning.

Pause any clip the second an idea appears and test it in your life before you press play again.

Feeling fluent means almost nothing.

Only action and practice count.

---

You learn when you try the thing, not when the words feel clear.

Open one lesson, then stop and do the exercise before you touch the next page.

The work will feel slow and you will look like a bad student.

That feeling is the signal that your brain is finding holes.

Go back, reread the missing step, fail the problem, and try again.

Do the same with every short lecture you hear.

The instant a useful idea appears, pause the talk and apply it in the real world.

Only after you have used it do you press continue.

Change one study rule today so you never move forward until you have practiced what you just consumed.

That extra time is the actual transfer of knowledge.

Assignment:

Pick one class or skill you are studying and set a new rule that you will not continue to the next section until you have completed every practice problem or real-world test from the section you just finished.

Do the first cycle of that rule now.
